trAIn – Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your trAIn account and remove all associated data, you can do so directly within the app.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open the trAIn app.
2. Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Scroll down and select Clear all data.
4. Your account, saved workouts, history, and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

If You Cannot Access the App

You may request manual deletion by emailing us at:

support@gettrain.app

Please include the email address associated with your account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
